A Q-Grader, COE judge, and processing pioneer, Edwin crafted this lot using a carbonic maceration _co-fermentation_ technique, enhancing fruit intensity and creating a deeply sweet, expressive profile. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine.
