At 1,700 meters above sea level, this lot from Farm Alpes was harvested in February 2025 and processed using a classic washed method, followed by 10 days of slow drying on raised beds to preserve clarity and elegance. We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect a creamy, clean cup with delicate florals and fresh complexity, an elegant expression of Panamanian terroir.
