Legacy Geisha — GW09 Best of Panama 2025 A rare lot from the Los Alpes Estate, grown by the Janson family at 1,700m in the highlands of Tisingal, Panama. This is a fully washed Green Tip Geisha, selected for the Best of Panama auction, where it is placed nr.9, clean, floral, and quietly complex. The cup is soft, round, and layered: jasmine, bergamot, peach, lychee. Sweetness moves gently. Acidity is bright but seamless. Processed with a 48-hour washed fermentation and dried slowly using Janson’s proprietary dark room method, designed to preserve elegance and depth. We’ve roasted this ultra-light to let those layers speak clearly. A coffee that shows both place and precision. Available in very limited quantity.
