What the Brand Says

I released this coffee through Ordinary Drip and received so many great reactions. I managed to keep a tiny amount aside, but once it’s gone, it won’t be coming back. A beautifully clean, Panamanian-style Geisha from Peru, with an elegant and expressive cup. Blanca Campos has been producing coffee since she was 12, and today she runs El Chachacaspe farm in the remote Tabaconas district of Cajamarca. Four years ago, Blanca and her husband Albertino planted Panama Geisha for the first time. The farm’s unique ecosystem, combined with Blanca’s careful attention in the field and at the wet mill, has produced an exceptional Geisha profile that has received great reactions in both Asia and Europe. This is an incredibly clean and layered coffee, full of white florals, stone fruit, and a juicy Galia melon sweetness. Blanca ferments the coffee for just 12 hours before washing and slowly drying it on raised beds for 15–20 days.
