What the Brand Says

Origin: San Agustin, Huila Colombia Process: Washed Farm: La Muralla Producer: Various at La Muralla Variety: Pink Bourbon Impressions: Blood orange, Black Tea, Lemonade Altitude: 1700-1900MASL Roast Level: Light One of our favourite Pink Bourbons from 2023 returns from the incredibly floral and juicy coffee from La Muralla group in Huila. La Muralla is an informal group of young producers in one of Huila's southernmost municipalities, San Agustín. Our importer, Osito, started working in San Agustín long before we even had a legal company and some of the first producers we met here are still part of the core of our work there today. On average, this is the youngest group of producers with whom we are partnered as most are in their mid to late 20's. With that youth comes the energy and passion for producing high-end specialty coffee. We love Pink Lemonade for its bright and crisp profile. Often found in Pink Bourbons, this crisp profile reminds us of a sparkling pink lemonade, a crisp iced tea, and the acidity of citrus and blood orange. Price Transparency: Price we paid per KG: $15.10USD Cost after roasting: $17.36USD 250g
