We secured a tiny lot of Ombligón from the team at Finca El Diviso, who have quickly risen to fame for producing world-class coffees. Although Ombligón has become one of the most talked-about varieties in specialty coffee, it's still incredibly rare, with only small volumes grown in Huila, Colombia. That makes this one of the most exclusive coffees we've featured in the Kaleidoscope series. In the cup, expect an explosion of sweet candy and delicate florals, balanced by remarkable clarity and a silky sweetness. It's vibrant, expressive, and packed with character. If you haven't experienced Ombligón yet, this is one that deserves a spot on your brew bar. Please note: boxes contain 175 gr instead of our usual 200 gr.
