At Ruby, we take great pride in the relationships we forge along the coffee supply chain. Since that first year, we've been honored to purchase and roast coffee from Colombia's Aguacate group. Aguacate (available on it's own as a Single Origin!) is the natural choice for the base of this year's Anniversary Blend, with bright tropical and citrus notes to complement a satisfyingly sweet Peru yellow caturra from producer Lenin Flores.
