What the Brand Says

Tasting Notes: Fig - Plum - Cherry Limeade - Turbinado Sugar Thirteen years ago, founder Jared began roasting coffee on his family’s rural farm in Amherst, WI. Shortly after, Ruby Coffee made its first public debut at the local food fair. From the very start, our mission has been to make specialty coffee accessible and approachable to everyone. Backed by an incredibly supportive community, we’ve been honored and privileged to fulfill this mission for the last 13 years. At Ruby, we take great pride in the relationships we forge along the coffee supply chain. Since that first year, we've been honored to purchase and roast coffee from Colombia's Aguacate group. Aguacate (available on it's own as a Single Origin!) is the natural choice for the base of this year's Anniversary Blend, with bright tropical and citrus notes to complement a satisfyingly sweet Peru yellow caturra from producer Lenin Flores.
