WHICH ESPRESSO SUITS YOU BEST?
SINFONIA A creamy-sweet blend from Brazil and Colombia with a taste reminiscent of chocolate. The Sinfonia Blend has been one of our most popular espresso roasts from the very beginning. Here, two Arabica varieties from Brazil and Colombia come together to create a chocolaty-sweet and creamy aroma in the cup.
NOVUM Novum is a fruity-sweet and complex espresso blend from Ethiopia, Kenya and Colombia. The taste is dominated by intense aromas of blackcurrant and the sweetness of dark chocolate. This espresso blend creates a particularly pleasant balance of sweetness and fruit.
CAPITAL Capital is a particularly full-bodied espresso with lots of crema and flavours of toffee, roasted nuts and dark chocolate, also wonderfully suitable for fully automatic coffee machines. Capital is our "Hometown Favourite" blend carefully balanced for an espresso from Brazil, Colombia and India. So if you like your espresso with a rich crema, this blend is the right choice. In contrast to other roasts, Capital has a more classic taste, strong but at the same time completely low in acidity. Balanced chocolaty-sweet notes meet a full-bodied coffee with lots of character.
SANTIAGO Single estate coffee from Brazil, sweet and creamy in taste without acidity. Santiago is another full-bodied espresso from Brazil with a taste reminiscent of pecan chocolate and brown sugar. Roasted as an espresso, Santiago develops a lot of sweetness and a very pronounced body without unpleasant bitterness or roasted flavours.

SUSTAINABLE CULTIVATION AND QUALITY AWARENESS
Similar to wine, the origin, cultivation and careful harvesting also form the basis for a specialty coffee. For our coffees, we use only ripe and hand-picked 100% Arabica coffee beans, because the elaborate harvest by hand is an essential quality criterion. Our highland coffees are natural products and are grown in shady forest gardens on our nature-friendly way. This preserves the biodiversity in the growing region. The coffee cherries can ripen slowly at cool tree banks with non-along and fertile soil conditions. The coffee plants have more time to develop their characteristic and fruity aromas under these optimal climatic conditions near the equator.
FRESHLY ROASTED BY HAND
All Röststätte coffees are gently roasted by hand in Berlin so that the natural flavors can fully develop without creating undesirable acidity. For a distinctive body with a versatile taste profile. In the last third, we want to emphasize and optimally process the special features of the respective variety, farm and origin of the coffee with our roasting.
