This coffee is sweet and balanced with notes of fruit and cinnamon. This particular lot, Proyecto Recolectores, is named for the Azahar Project Manos Al Grano, their non-profit that legally employs coffee pickers – a rarity in many coffee growing regions. By providing legal wages, they help to move the industry forward – creating stability and sustainability throughout many aspects of the coffee supply chain.
