The land is famous for bird watching, with around 300 different species recorded, and their coffee is bird-friendly certified. This particular lot is Maragogipe, a variety renowned for its very large bean size, resulting from a natural mutation of Typica discovered in Brazil in 1870. This coffee is juicy and bright with sweet citrus notes.
