## What the Brand Says

> Ixlama comes to us from the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala. Small producers in the Highlands of San Pedro Necta and La Libertad hand-pick the ripest cherries and bring them to the Ixlama mill. The cherries are sorted for quality before being placed on “Guardiola” or coffee driers. They are then sorted by color using a computer and separated by size mechanically. The result is a clean, bright cup that’s super drinkable. Look for citrus and berry flavors and a sweet, sugary finish.
