What the Brand Says
This coffee comes from a single farm owned by Dinkalem Ademe and his dynamic wife Sofiya. The name Zema is a special Amharic word meaning a few things: melody or sacred song. For us, this coffee represents the song of Ethiopia. Dinkalem and Sofiya are a couple dedicated to helping their communities in every way. Their farm is around 400 hectares of land, most of which are blanketed with famous Keffa forests. Around 40 hectares are planted with coffee, a mix of new and old trees. Dinkalem's plan is to provide stewardship of the farm, slowly replacing the old trees with new ones of the Wush Wush variety. This coffee comes from a single farm owned by Dinkalem Ademe and his dynamic wife Sofiya.
