## What the Brand Says

> Notes of Biscotti, Stone Fruit, Brown Sugar (Formerly known as Top Dawg Blend) Apex brings boss South American Java from Brazil and Colombia to the table, with a base of red and yellow bourbon varietals crowned by lively gesha. It delivers the warm, chocolately flavour our coffee blends are known for, while delivering a puff of juicy fruit sweetness on the palate in the finish. Use it for espresso-based drinks or for cold brews with a bossy kick.
