It is situated at an ideal 1,500 metres above sea level in the pristine wilderness of Santa Clara, Panama. The cool air from the trade winds coming from the Caribbean Sea creates the perfect climate to produce exceptional coffees. The farm's founders, Luis Miranda and Aliss Hartmann, bring a holistic philosophy to coffee farming, emphasising social responsibility and sustainable practices. This lot is Panamanian Geisha, a prized variety known for its exceptional quality and complex flavour profile. This coffee is so complex we struggled to condense our tasting notes but expect berries, tropical fruit and floral notes. Roast type We don’t label our coffee as espresso or filter. Instead, for each coffee we create a unique roasting profile, designed to bring out the best flavours from its origin, farm and milling method.
