Jardines del Edén is Cofinet’s flagship farm, where they focus on growing exotic coffee varieties and trying out experimental processing methods. The farm's fertile, mineral-rich soil, steady supply of rain, and slightly cooler-than-usual microclimate create an ideal environment for truly special coffee. Jardines actually grow Red, Yellow and Pink Gesha, hence the name ‘Red Gesha’ – we’ll be releasing the Pink version later this year.
