> Dette mikropartiet ble høstet på gården La Argelia, som ligger i San Miguel, Santa Maria i Huila. Gården har 6. hektar med 20 000 kaffetrær, I tillegg til bananplanter, frukttrær og en grønnsakshage. Lisandro kjøpte gården for åtte år siden, hvor han nå bor sammen med sine kone og deres to barn. Etter å ha hørt hvordan naboer oppnådde høy kvalitet på kaffen sin, begynte han å ta I bruk nye formater og forbedrede dyrkingsmetoder. Hans dedikasjon og nøye arbeid førte til rene og balanserte kaffer med tydelige smaksprofiler. Smak: Sød og ren, leskende med noter av tørket frukt, fudge, tørket mango, toffee, marsipan, mørk sjokolade, mandel og solbær.
