## What the Brand Says

> La Cumbre ist ein Pink Bourbon Natural, der als Espresso geröstet wurde und Tiefe mit sauberer Süße verbindet. Die Kirschen werden reif geerntet, gefloatet und von Hand selektiert. Danach folgt eine lange Fermentation über 140 Stunden auf 2.000 Metern Höhe. Getrocknet wird langsam, teils unter Plastikdach und teils auf Patio, damit die Süße stabil bleibt und die Frucht kontrolliert wirkt. In der Tasse entsteht ein voller, runder Espresso mit dichter Textur und einem schokoladigen Kern.
