What the Brand Says
This is a naturally dried Coffee of the Catucaí variety—a cultivated hybrid of Catuai and Icatu. In the cup, it offers soft, smooth notes of milk chocolate, red berries, stone fruit, and toffee. João Hamilton was one of the first coffee farmers in Brazil to begin experimenting with creating microlots from exotic varieties. He owns the Sítio Canaa farm in the Caconde region and has also built his own processing facility where he helps his neighbors process their coffee. Johan has been working with João for over 20 years, and through their mutual friend Felipe Croce at FAF—who also exports João’s coffee—they have visited each other many times and built a long-standing relationship. We truly love João’s smooth and expressive coffee, and we hope you’ll share our love for it.This is a naturally dried Coffee of the Catucaí variety—a cultivated hybrid of Catuai and Icatu.
