Very sweet coffee with silky mouthfeel. Elite Bourbon is a name that Diego Baraona's father Gilberto Baraona gave to the oldest of the Bourbon trees planted on the farm many years ago. These trees are believed to be some the oldest Bourbon trees in El Salvador. Baraona family have long history of producing coffee, making Diego Baraona 5th generation coffee producer.
