The Association was formed in 2004 within Cooperativa Cafetalera Laguna de los Cóndores and today brings together 243 women who farm and process coffee in their communities. In the cup, it’s all about poised sweetness and clarity: pralines, dried fruits and a gently bittersweet orange marmalade note. It’s clean and composed, with enough structure to shine as a straight espresso and the sweetness to sit beautifully with milk.We roast this lightly for espresso to honour the work at origin, letting the washed process and classic varieties — Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Pache and Typica — speak for themselves. What we love at Fjord is the combination of comforting nutty sweetness and that marmalade lift; it’s a quietly characterful coffee that’s easy to enjoy every day while telling an important story of women-led production in Peru.250g €/kg: 59.6€ | 1kg €/kg: 50.9€All coffees come as whole beans. If you need a coffee grinder we highly recommend purchasing the Fellow Ode Grinder. All prices include mwst.
