What the Brand Says

Blackberry, lemon curd & honeysuckle. As a third-generation coffee farmer in Brazil, Rayane was born and raised surrounded by coffee. We’re thrilled to share this one of two beautiful Brazil coffees won at the Best SanCup Auction through our longstanding partner SanCoffee. Sítio 5 Estrelas (pronounced Sítio Cinco Estrelas) is a small family-owned farm that has spanned generations. The family’s passion for producing high-quality coffee is more alive than ever with Rayane. Encouraged by her parents and grandparents from a young age, she immersed herself in every aspect of running the family farm. Looking for innovation and improvement for the coffee family business, she studied agronomy and introduced new technology to elevate the production of specialty coffee on the farm. Rayane was part of SanCoffee’s ‘Beyond Borders’ program showcasing incredible smallholder producers in Brazil.
