Pequeñas Fincas is a celebration of small-scale excellence, bringing together the dedication of Huila’s boutique farmers — each managing around 1.5 hectares tucked into the dramatic Magdalena Valley, framed by Colombia’s eastern and central Andes. Despite their modest size, most farms operate their own wet mills, a testament to a culture that values craft and precision over volume. Sustainability is central to life in Huila. Through the department-wide “Plan Huila 2050,” producers are protecting forests and water sources while building resilient infrastructure to support long-term coffee production in a changing climate. It’s a region deeply connected to the land, producing coffee with character and clarity. Each Pequeña Finca lot is fully washed, sun-dried, and screened to Excelso grade, with over 95% above screen 14. These are coffees shaped by hands-on expertise and deep agricultural knowledge — resulting in expressive cups that shimmer with notes of cherry choc, caramelised mango and creamy lemon yoghurt. A vibrant, complex offering from one of Colombia’s most celebrated growing regions.
