A classic washed coffee from the 2022 Cup of Excellence winner José Roberto Monterroso Pineda and the dedicated team at Finca El Morito. El Morito is 672 hectares, 98ha set aside for coffee growing and 523.4 ha is a dedicated conversation area for native trees, flora, and fauna including pine, cypress and encino. José and the team have participated in the Cup of Excellence competition 7x prior to this amazing 2022 win for Finca El Morito! Such a constant pursuit of excellence is clearly evident in this lot, but also in José's approach to innovation and how it's subsequently influenced and shaped their approach to agronomy practices, living harmoniously with the environment and in their attitudes to quality and sustainability.
