Originally created for the Hub Espresso Bar in Bathurst, New South Wales, the Hub Blend is more than just coffee; it's a legacy. Ross, the visionary behind 'the Hub,' reclaimed the essence of Ziegler's when he took over from Pete in 2008. Desiring a stronger blend, Ross, accompanied by a Colombian base, collaborated closely with Fish River Roasters. This blend, born from that pursuit, stands as a testament to the art of blending. The Hub blend is still being poured at The Hub to this day.
