This experimental natural has undergone an 80hr cherry fermentation in an oxygen-free environment before patio drying and is delivering that candy-like artificial sweetness typical of anaerobic processing. Skittles and clementines on the front move to a finish with notes of banana and hazelnut producing some of the smoothest espressos we've had all year.
