What the Brand Says

A few years ago Indonesia mandated that all competitors at their national barista champs had to brew a locally grown coffee. The response from competitors, processors, and farmers has been game-changing and we've been fortunate enough to feature some examples of the sort of coffees that Indonesian producers are throwing time and effort into these days. This anaerobic natural Tim Tim and Gayo lot from processor, Hendra Maulizar is a great example of this focus on elevating local varietals. Double washed and double sorted before being macerated in sealed bags for 48hrs, this coffee brings big rich strawberry jam, midtones of melon, with nougat sweetness and a dash of cinnamon spice to finish.
