## What the Brand Says

> Fruity on the front, classic and chocolatey on the finish. This lot is a complete all-rounder – a bit like the person behind it. Carlos Estevez, an agronomist, comes from a family of coffee producers, but for the last four years has been in charge of managing micro-lots at the Aruco mill in Copán. Working with local farmers and developing programs to improve quality from plant nutrition through to innovative fermentation and drying methods, it's not much of a surprise Carlos has managed to coax such character out of his own coffees when he began planting his own farm, El Supte. If you've ever enjoyed previous Copán releases from producers like Yolanda Arita, Norma Fiallos, Jose Fuentes, and others there's a good chance Carlos had a hand in processing that coffee. So add to cart and enjoy the dense tropical tastiness and sweet toffee and cacao finish this natural has to offer.
