Intense sweet taste with a "funky" touch and citric acidity. Origin + - Finca Šumava is a project of Czech investor and Costa Rican exporter Mr. Francisco Mena. It is located in the Lourdes de Naranjo region. Francisco grows dozens of different varieties on the farm. In 2016, he won the prestigious Cup of Excellence with his Geisha. Learn more about the farm Processing & Variety + - Kenyan varieties SL 28 and SL 34 were processed using the natural method. Slow drying in shaded concrete patios in combination with African beds. Brewing Tips + - Coffee dose: 20 g, temperature: 94 °C, water weight: 330 g and extraction time: approx. 4 min. We recommend letting the coffee rest, use bottled water and quality burr grinder.
