## What the Brand Says

> The town of Yacuanquer is relatively new to coffee production, but there’s nothing entry-level about their product. The area’s historically cool climate has recently changed to conditions suitable to grow specialty coffee. This coffee is produced by 19 farmers in Yacuanquer working with Toldopamba Coffee. The farmers’ dedication to quality coupled with Toldopamba’s technical assistance produces a delightful cup laden with sweet notes of pear and almond. (Pronunciation: yah-kwan-CARE)
