What the Brand Says

The idea for a dark roast began when a wholesale client reached out with a new perspective. As specialty coffee professionals, we often try to find coffee that stands out from a crowd. But as restaurateurs, our clients dreamed of serving a coffee that didn’t compete with their high-caliber breakfast offerings. They asked us to create something that would work alongside their menu and elevate a classic diner experience. Part of replicating a diner-style coffee meant providing coffee that pairs well with cream but can also stand alone, and most importantly, that tastes great all day.
