## What the Brand Says

> This Yirgacheffe comes to us from the Sede mill, situated just south of Yirgacheffe in the small village of Sede. It is a washed Grade 1 coffee selected by Heath during his last sourcing trip to Ethiopia. This is the espresso roast and it delivers all the classic Yirgacheffe flavours you would expect, like jasmine and apricot rounded out with rich dark chocolate and sweet berry notes.
