The coffees of the Growing Together organization come from small and medium-sized producers in the Apaneca region of El Salvador, who participate in Odyssey Coffees' sustainability program. The program supports the environment and coffee-growing communities, focusing especially on workers and local farmers. Odyssey Coffees provides training in agroecology, plant care, and selective coffee cherry harvesting.
