## What the Brand Says

> Transparency In Sourcing De La Finca family members and fifth generation coffee farmers, Joel and Delmer, are two young entrepreneurs who were given a plot of land on Finca Mira Flores by Joel's father Joel Banegas Sr (cousin to our previous Honduran coffee farmer) to start growing coffee. Delmer took full responsibility for maintaining the land and workers while Joel decided to go to college to study agricultural engineering and specialize in coffee. Together they made their farm one of the few experimental coffee farms in the Comayagua region. Their education and background reflect their farm’s priority for bird friendly and environmentally sustainable practices. Together they have produced this unique natural processed coffee that we are very excited to get our roast on. In the cup, the Finca Mira Flores truly delivers thanks to all the care given to this coffee through its journey, including Andy’s expert roasting. A perfumed sweet floral aroma leads into a crisp, bright sweetness on your tongue. A smooth body provides a harmonious balance and the cup finishes with a lingering, pleasant mouthfeel. It’s the perfect daily-drinker!
