What the brand says
Colombia Jefferson Adrian Motta Washed Espresso - Single Origin.
Born and raised in the heart of Huila, Jefferson Adrian Motta grew up surrounded by coffee and community. Guided by his family’s hardworking spirit, he pursued his dream of building a farm that would stand as a legacy of perseverance and purpose. Today, Finca Motta reflects a space where innovation and tradition coexist to elevate Huila’s coffees through sustainable, detail driven craftsmanship.
The Pink Bourbon cherries from Motta Farm were selectively hand picked at peak ripeness; carefully fermented under controlled conditions to highlight the variety’s natural clarity and aromatic balance. After fermentation, the coffee is fully washed to ensure a clean and structured profile, followed by gradual, controlled drying to stabilize sugars and preserve delicate floral notes. Finally, the parchment coffee is rested to allow moisture equilibrium resulting in a cup that expresses precision, sweetness, and refined acidity.
