What the Brand Says

Back on the menu for the second year, our Brazilian house espresso. Lots of milk chocolate and plum fruit notes, very sweet and clean — works exceptionally well as espresso. We taste: Milk Chocolate, Cherry, Orange Farm: Fazenda Jaguara, Minas Gerais, Brazil Altitude: 1,040 m.a.s.l Varieties: Yellow Bourbon Processing: Natural Sourced: Falcon Coffee Jaguara Farm was founded in 2001 by agronomist Antonio Wander, before being passed to his son André Luiz and Natália in 2013, who brought a fresh vision of innovation and sustainability to the estate. Located in the historically rich Campo das Vertentes region of Brazil, the 90-hectare farm specialises in naturally processed coffees celebrated for their notes of chocolate, plum, and exceptional sweetness. Through continuous experimentation with anaerobic and aerobic fermentation techniques, Jaguara consistently produces coffees with truly distinctive and exotic flavour profiles — and this Yellow Bourbon is a perfect example of why we keep coming back.
