## What the Brand Says

> A seasonal blend that moves with the harvest, bringing milk chocolate and tropical fruit notes for a sweet espresso treat. A perfect companion for milk-based drinks and equally good black. We taste: Milk Chocolate, Stone Fruit, Peach Blend: Valley of Chorti, Guatemala 70% / Dimtu Estate, Guji, Ethiopia 30% Altitude: 1,500 – 2,200 m.a.s.l Varieties: Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, Caturra, Heirloom Processing: Washed / Natural Sourced: Volcafe / Falcon Coffees Green Valleys of the Chorti is grown in the heart of the Chorti region near Olopa and Esquipulas, a rainy, cloud-covered ancient volcanic range in Guatemala. It takes its name from the indigenous Mayan Chorti people, whose language and culture span the borders of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador — delivering a balanced cup with a full, rich body. The Ethiopian component comes from Dimtu Coffee Industry, founded in 2010 in the Guji Zone at 2,112m altitude. Grown on fertile red loamy soils and carefully shade-dried on individual labelled beds, this certified organic coffee is built on traceability, sustainability, and a deep commitment to supporting smallholder farmers.
