> A very sweet, full bodied Peruvian coffee, with caramel and green apple like acidity. A versatile coffee great for espresso or filter brews. We taste: Plum, Milk Chocolate, Apple, Caramel Chontali, is located in the Jaen district of Northern Peru, the land is charcterised with steep ridges and humid valleys. Coffee is delivered to the Falcon warehouse in Jaen, assesed, paid for and shipped to Europe within a few days. Farmers are paid premiums for quality. Region: Chontali, Jaen, Peru.
