HANK IS BIG AND BOLD. It was originally a blown roast but a few customers tried it and kept coming back. Now it's one of our classics. It's dark, rich, and not for the faint of heart. 100% Colombian beans. Named after, you guess it, a dog. Hank was a BIG ole’ Mastif mix of one our barista’s. Unfortunately, Hank’s days were numbered and ready to cross the Rainbow Bridge. So in honor of Hank, the coffee was born.
