De combinatie van Arabica en Robusta zorgt voor een stevige, romige koffie met een constante smaak. De medium branding geeft de koffie voldoende intensiteit, terwijl de aroma’s mooi in balans blijven. In het smaakprofiel proef je bitterzoete tonen van cacao, gedroogd fruit en een lichte houtachtige kruidigheid. De afdronk is vol en aanhoudend, met een romige textuur die goed past bij espresso en zwarte koffie. Als espresso levert Lavazza Expert Crema & Aroma een krachtige kop met een stevige cremalaag. Ook in cappuccino en latte macchiato blijft de smaak goed aanwezig naast melk. De bonen presteren daarnaast goed in volautomaten, waar ze kop na kop een stabiel resultaat geven. Binnen de Expert-lijn is Crema & Aroma iets ronder en aromatischer dan bijvoorbeeld Gusto Forte. Waar Gusto Forte vooral draait om maximale intensiteit en Robusta-kracht, biedt deze blend meer balans, romigheid en aroma.
