This lot comes from smallholder farmers in the village of Banko Gotiti, where coffee is grown on small family plots, hand-picked, and selectively harvested. After picking, the coffee is washed and dried on raised African beds, where slow, even airflow preserves the integrity of each bean. The result is everything Yirgacheffe promises: a clean, refined cup with the region's signature brightness. - Origin: Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia - Processing: Washed - Varieties: Ethiopian heirloom - Roast: Light-medium roast - Tasting notes: Blueberry, Floral - Recommended preparation: Filter, Espresso - Altitude: 1950–2200 meters ## Prices - $17.52 / 250 gram ($70.08/kg) — Available - $59.85 / 1000 gram ($59.85/kg) — Available [Buraca Roasters](https://buracaroasters.com/products/ethiopia-banko-gotiti) ## Ratings 0/5 (0) ## Estimated taste profile (0–100) - acidity: 67 - bitterness: 35 - body: 37 - character: 5 - sweetness: 58 ## Similar coffees ### [Reuben Hills — Ethiopia, Banko Gotiti](https://www.coffeelist.co/b/reuben-hills/ethiopia-banko-gotiti) Available - Origin: Ethiopia - Processing: Washed - $14.89 / 200 gram ($74.43/kg) — Available - $53.32 / 1000 gram ($53.32/kg) — Available ### [ST\.
