## What the Brand Says

> ntroducing Adado, the fourth Ethiopian release under our Toto banner. Sourced from the celebrated highlands of Yirgacheffe, Adado offers a distinctly different expression from our previous Ethiopian releases. Grown at exceptional elevations and produced by a community of more than 700 smallholder farmers who deliver their harvests to the Adado washing station, this coffee captures the elegance, complexity, and vibrant character that have made Ethiopia one of the world's most revered coffee origins. In the cup, Adado is delicate yet beautifully expressive, with a clean, crisp profile and silky, tea-like body. Notes of ripe peach and raspberry unfold alongside delicate white tea, magnolia, and jasmine, carried by refined sweetness and a bright, lively acidity. Exceptionally well suited to pour-over and filter brewing, Adado is a coffee that invites you to slow down and explore—revealing greater nuance and complexity with every sip. Floral, vibrant, and beautifully refined—another distinct expression of Ethiopia through the Toto series.
