This is a light-medium roast from the Ocotepeque region of Honduras. We roast this fairtrade/organic coffee to a light-medium level and it retains it’s brightness and freshness. Hints of citrus and berries, this one has a very delicate body and perfect if you’re looking for a light coffee. This Honduran Coffee, grown at 1500 m above sea level, comes from the Ocotepeque region. The “beautiful bean” is sourced from a cooperative of 300 members, which places great importance on quality. They are strict with their organic techniques and take into consideration climate variability and effects on the environment. The producer is part of the Women in Coffee Alliance, and aims to empower women in the international coffee community to achieve sustainability in their lives and families.
