Expect a fruity and classic natural Ethiopian profile from one of the world’s most celebrated coffee-producing regions. Halo Beriti Washing Station was established in 2014 and serves 750 smallholders, who deliver their coffee in cherry form. This particular lot is part of a "special preparation" process, in which hand-sorting was repeated throughout the receiving and drying stages, ensuring that only the finest coffees made it into the final lot.
