What the brand says
Notes of Red Currant, Fig & Butter
Finca Las Mercedes, owned and managed by Lucia Ortiz and her family in El Salvador, is located at Cerro El Tigre, 3 km to the east of Santiago de Maria, Usulutan.
We have been direct relationship partners for several years now and have worked together to bring you nothing but the best from this award-winning farm.
This particular Natural-Processed Pacamara is no exception. Grown at 1,275 m.a.s.l on the Guatalon plot of the farm, this coffee has red currant, fig, and butter notes from start to finish.
It is no coincidence that Lucia and her team were recently awarded first place in their local denomination of origin for the quality of this particular coffee.
Although we make every attempt to have seasonal coffee available to order, occasionally some products are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of hand-roasting them.
The roastery dispatch web orders via Royal Mail. All orders of a single 250g bag will be posted Second Class, orders with multiple bags will be posted First Class. For faster delivery please contact sales@alchemycoffee.co.uk
Also available for wholesale customers.
