Processed using the traditional Indonesian wet-hulled (giling basah) method, it develops a rich body and deep, earthy sweetness unique to the region. In the cup, expect notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and warm baking spices layered over a smooth, syrupy body. Low acidity and a lingering cocoa finish make this coffee comforting, balanced, and versatile — excellent for espresso and medium to dark roast profiles.
