Roasted as a light-medium filter, it opens with dried cherry and ripe plum, followed by cocoa, baking spice and a syrupy sweetness that reflects both the natural process and Yemen’s historic coffee terroir. This is one of the only Yemen coffees currently available in Canada and one of our rarest small lot releases of the season. Expressive, complex and extremely limited, Yemen Haraz Sharqi is a rare opportunity to taste one of coffee’s oldest origins through a modern specialty process.
