## What the Brand Says

> If you would like your coffee shipped pre-ground, please choose from our 'Select Grind' option before adding this coffee to your cart. This beautiful Yellow Caturra has been dried in the same manner as cocoa beans. Controlling the drying process in this way gives this coffee a clean and refined finish. When we cupped this coffee we found notes of stone fruits combined with dark chocolate and sweet marzipan. El Arcangel is our first coffee to be packaged in our Bolivian bag as part of our Artist Origin Project. The Artist Origin Project is a collaborative initiative where artists from coffee producing countries are invited to create bespoke artwork for 3fe. Our first Bolivian origin bag has been designed by Bolivia artist, Alejandra Salvatierra. 1. **Country**: Bolivia 2. **Farm**: El Arcangel 3. **Region**: Caranavi 4. **Producer**: Rodriguez Family 5. **Altitude**: 1700-1800 m.a.s.l. 6. **Varietal**: Yellow Caturra 7. **Process**: Coco Natural
