> 120 Hz ist smooth, energiegeladen und sobald einmal erlebt – nicht mehr weg zu denken. Der Espresso aus Kolumbien ist voll im Geschmack mit Noten von Schokolade, süßem Karamell und saftiger Erdbeere. Er läuft blubberig weich aus jeder Maschine und sogar Vollautomaten. Ich liebe ihn sowohl als dezenten Cappuccino, als auch intensiven Flat-White. 17,5 g in 30 - 35 Sekunden Brühzeit ergeben 40 g Espresso. Mahlgrad meiner Mühle 20,5. Es handelt sich um ganze Bohnen für die maximale Frische.
