The current offering is a two-part blend composed of the following: 50% FAF Curupira - We source a handful of coffees through our partners in Brazil, Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF), for use in bell's throughout the year. These are generally lower scoring compilations from the same farmers that we purchase top quality microlots. 50% Estrellas de Cajamarca: a washed processed coffee from a compilation of families throughout Cajamarca, Peru.
